Inventive Thoughts is a design-based consultancy firm that focuses mainly on extra low voltage services.
Through Inventive Thoughts We Intend to provide a complete IBMS solution package to our end customers. The Solutions we offer shall be reliable, cost effective and apt as per the customer requirement.
Being from a consultancy background we understand the MEP services better and can give better Automation and secure design and solutions . We believe in trust and transparency in the work we do and are 100% committed to the successful completion of the projects we take.
We work closely with all the major OEMs in the industry and are updated with the latest technological advancements in their product segments. We provide Smart and innovative solutions by including latest Artificial Intelligence technology in our design for all the segments.
KEY PERSONAL
A result oriented and competent engineer having excellent knowledge in the project life cycle that includes project design, planning, erection, testing and commissioning, technical engineering support and quality assurance.
Hands on technical knowledge and experience in IBMS system like Building Management system, Life safety and security system.
Demonstrated excellence in Drawing, BOQ preparation, detailed design development, technical specification preparation, tender document preparation, installations and construction activities.
Relevant experience in delivering projects within deadlines and given time frame consistently under pressure to enhance client satisfaction.
Well versed in managing & motivating teams with extensive exposure of developing procedures, quality standards & operational policies for business excellence.
Excellent analytical and negotiation skills with proven track record of delivering quality results. An effective communicator and team leader combined with flexible and detail-oriented attitude. Ability to handle multiple functions and activities in a high-pressure environment.
Has worked with reputed organizations like Carrier Race technologies Pvt Ltd(UTC group), McD BERL Pvt Ltd and AECOM India Pvt Ltd in the past.
